The Neon House

The Neon House is a bookable event venue in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, set in a converted industrial-style building in the NEON District. Its two-storey, approximately 12,000-square-foot interior offers a distinctive backdrop for weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions, combining brickwork and exposed architectural features with flexible open space.

Organisers can choose between several areas for different parts of an event. The Studio and the Gallery can each be used for ceremonies, receptions and other gatherings, while the Suite provides a private space for wedding parties to prepare. The adjoining Loft can serve as a lounge, a small meeting area or a place for guests to gather during a reception. The venue also welcomes photography and video bookings, including portrait sessions, styled shoots and workshops.

For weddings, couples can plan a ceremony, drinks reception and celebration across the venue’s spaces. Private parties can be arranged with support from the venue team, and corporate bookings range from luncheons and training sessions to conferences and evening functions. Tables and chairs are included with venue hire, and a representative is on site to open the building and assist with venue arrangements. Evening events also have security on site, according to the venue’s booking information.

Food and drink service is provided through the venue’s exclusive catering partner, Chef by Design. Organisers can discuss menus and event details with the catering team, which also supports table layouts and event set-up. With its central Norfolk address, varied rooms and options for both personal and business occasions, The Neon House gives planners a flexible setting for bringing their event plans together.
