Frazier Alumni Pavilion

Frazier Alumni Pavilion offers event organisers a campus venue in Lubbock for formal and informal gatherings. Located near Jones AT&T Stadium, the indoor space features exposed wooden beams, a fireplace and large windows, with an adjoining patio and courtyard for outdoor use. The venue can accommodate events for up to 500 guests, making it suitable for celebrations and larger receptions as well as professional gatherings.

Organisers can book the pavilion for weddings, banquets, private celebrations and corporate events. Rental options include half-day and full-day bookings, with access times varying according to the type of occasion. Tables, chairs and basic linens are available, and the venue provides set-up and take-down support. Basic audiovisual equipment and wireless internet are also included to help with presentations and event programmes.

Food, drinks and bar arrangements are handled exclusively through Texas Tech’s designated catering service, giving planners a clear route for organising refreshments at the venue. Parking arrangements should be discussed when booking, particularly for events held during the university semester. A deposit is required to secure a reservation, and Texas Tech Alumni Association members may be eligible for a rental discount. With indoor and outdoor areas in one campus setting, the pavilion gives planners flexibility for receptions, dinners, meetings and milestone occasions. Organisers can contact the venue team to check availability, discuss their preferred layout and confirm the details of their booking.
