Washington Town & Country Fairgrounds

Washington Town & Country Fairgrounds offers a range of spaces for organisers planning gatherings in Washington, Missouri. The facilities include an outdoor amphitheatre, a lower-level room, a fairgrounds pavilion, an administration building and a swine pavilion. Organisers can hire an individual space or, subject to availability and approval, reserve the wider fairgrounds for a larger event.

The amphitheatre combines a stage, backstage area and lawn, with a lower-level room that can accommodate smaller gatherings. The outdoor grounds can host larger audiences, making the site suitable for community celebrations, performances, festivals, fundraisers and other special events. The pavilion and buildings provide alternatives for events that need a defined gathering space, with capacities varying by room and facility. Some spaces have tables, chairs, electricity, kitchen facilities or restrooms, while arrangements and included amenities differ by booking.

The site can also suit private parties, dinners, weddings and organised public activities. Event planners should check which areas are available for their chosen date, since facilities have different rental periods, occupancy limits and operating rules. Reservations and facility use are handled through the City of Washington Parks and Recreation Department. Organisers are responsible for setup and, for some bookings, cleanup, so it is worth confirming the practical requirements and any special-event approvals when arranging a hire.
