Settles Point

Settles Point is a private wedding and event estate in Harker Heights, Texas, with scenic views of Stillhouse Hollow Lake and the surrounding Hill Country. Organisers can rent the property for weddings, receptions, quinceañeras, anniversaries, family reunions and other celebrations. The venue combines indoor rooms with outdoor areas, allowing guests to move between different parts of an event.

The banquet hall seats up to 150 people and features a marble dance floor, a stage area and lake views. Other indoor spaces include an atrium with a grand staircase and a par in a fireplace setting, suitable for welcoming guests, drinks or smaller gathering points. Outside, shaded areas and flexible layouts can be used for ceremonies, dining, dancing or event tents.

Organisers can choose a one-day rental, which includes the main indoor areas and outdoor access, or book an estate buyout for a longer celebration. The multi-day option includes use of the full estate and its six private suites, which sleep up to 12 people. Tables and chairs are provided for events of up to 150 guests, while clients arrange their own catering, décor, linens, entertainment and other specialist suppliers. The venue can suggest local vendors on request, but organisers are also welcome to bring their own.

Private tours are available by arrangement, giving prospective clients the chance to view the spaces and discuss which rental option suits their plans.
