Oregon Military Department Armories

The Ontario Readiness Center is part of the Oregon Military Department’s armory rental programme, which makes selected facilities available to community groups and event organisers. It offers a practical setting in Ontario, Oregon, for a range of gatherings, including meetings, training sessions, seminars, conferences, banquets, fundraisers, markets, sports events, weddings, birthdays and reunions. Organisers can enquire about hiring the facility for their event, subject to availability and the department’s rental arrangements.

The venue is suited to planners looking for a straightforward, adaptable location for a local or regional event. Its broad range of potential uses means it can serve both formal occasions and community activities, from business meetings and training days to celebrations and public gatherings. The rental programme covers armories across Oregon, with each facility differing in its spaces and available amenities, so organisers should confirm the Ontario location’s current arrangements and suitability for their plans when making an enquiry.

Hiring an armory also supports the upkeep of Oregon Army National Guard facilities, as rental revenue is directed back towards sustaining the armories. The Oregon Military Department manages enquiries through its central rental programme. Event planners can contact the programme to ask about dates, rental requirements and the details needed to assess whether the Ontario Readiness Center is a good fit for their event. The venue is located on SW 4th Street in Ontario and is listed by the department as the Ontario Readiness Center.
