Oldtimer-Hotel Saalfeld

Paul-Auerbach-Straße 19, 07318 Saalfeld, Germany

The Oldtimer Hotel Saalfeld offers an exceptional venue for private and business events. In the halls of a former industrial complex, historic vehicles meet spacious rooms and a distinctive industrial charm. The classic car exhibition provides a unique setting for celebrations and events, from weddings and birthdays to company parties, anniversaries, and conferences.

Several areas are available for events. The exhibition hall offers space for guests, tables, or presentations. Guests can be received in the foyer, which can also be set up as a small lounge area. The old-school bar complements the offerings, and staff can assist with serving drinks upon request. In good weather, the green courtyard with seating can also be used. The forecourt serves as a parking area and can also be incorporated into the event by prior arrangement.

The venue is ideal for event organizers who want to offer their guests an unusual setting. There are dedicated photo galleries for weddings and family celebrations, as well as for corporate events and conferences. Groups can also book a guided tour of the vehicle exhibition and the building's history. This provides insights into the classic cars and the restoration work carried out by the specialist companies located on site.

Since visits and events are coordinated, we recommend contacting the team in advance. Together, we can determine the most suitable areas and options for your specific occasion. This way, a celebration, business meeting, or conference can become a memorable experience immersed in automotive history and a historic industrial setting.
