The Maples

The Maples is a private estate venue in Woodland, California, offering a spacious country setting for weddings, business gatherings and social occasions. Set across 55 acres, the property brings together mature trees, open lawns and several distinct spaces, allowing organisers to plan different parts of an event in separate surroundings. Weddings can be hosted for up to 300 guests, with the Homestead lawn providing an outdoor ceremony and reception setting. The courtyard, fireplace area and poolside space can be used for drinks, dining and dancing, while the historic Maples Stables barn offers a characterful backdrop for ceremonies, rehearsal dinners and photographs.

Wedding bookings include use of the estate, getting-ready rooms, tables and chairs, parking, bathrooms and access to a commercial kitchen and vendor room. Bar service is provided through a required in-house package, while other event arrangements can be shaped around the occasion. For companies and organisations, The Maples offers two conference rooms: a larger room for meetings of up to 45 people, equipped with a large screen and Wi-Fi, and a smaller room for groups of up to eight. The house and courtyard can also support breaks, lunches, mixers and receptions. Other bookable occasions include fundraisers, holiday parties, intimate dinners and farm-to-fork events. With indoor rooms as well as outdoor gathering areas, the estate can accommodate both focused meetings and celebrations where guests move between spaces.
