Bakers’ Hall is a City of London venue available to organisers planning corporate, private and public events. Its rooms accommodate a range of occasions, from business meetings, training days and conferences to networking receptions, dinners, birthday parties and community gatherings. The venue is close to the Tower of London and Monument, with several public transport links within walking distance.

The Hall offers several distinct spaces. The Livery Hall is the principal room, with adaptable layouts for dining, presentations and standing receptions. The Court Room suits meetings, seminars, private dining and smaller receptions, while the Charter Gallery provides space for guest registration, drinks and buffet service. The Print Room can be used for small meetings or as a breakout room, and has hybrid-event capability. Organisers can enquire about hiring individual rooms or using the premises for their event.

The venue can be hired as a blank canvas, or organisers can work with one of its nominated caterers. External catering may also be arranged by agreement. A core AV package, including a screen, projector and microphone, is available, with additional equipment accessible through external suppliers. The Livery Hall also has a PA system, Wi-Fi, air cooling, dimmable lighting and an induction loop. Bakers’ Hall is wheelchair accessible, and the venue team can discuss event requirements and arrange a tour. Its combination of historic City surroundings, flexible rooms and practical facilities makes it suitable for both business functions and social occasions.
