The Packhouse

The Packhouse is an outdoor event venue set on a ten-acre working farm in Thermal, California, with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Its six distinct spaces give organisers options for occasions of different sizes and styles, from an intimate ceremony beside the water to a large gathering on the lawn.

The property includes The Gathering, a broad open-air area for larger events, The Grove for dining, and The Mesa, an elevated setting suited to ceremonies or live entertainment. The Dock, Lake Tadros and a sandy beach provide additional waterside locations for smaller gatherings, photos and relaxed moments during an event. The venue lists capacity for up to 400 guests at The Gathering, with other spaces accommodating smaller groups. On-site features include parking, restrooms, power points, vendor access and a staging area. A wardrobe and dressing area is also available.

The Packhouse welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, family celebrations and other private occasions. Organisers can also enquire about corporate parties, conferences, retreats, product launches, team activities and dining events. During major local festivals, the property is available for day parties, after-parties and brand activations. Film, photography and other production teams can use the grounds as a location.
