Artisan Culinary Loft

Artisan Culinary Loft is a private event venue and interactive cooking studio in Buffalo, designed for organisers who want food to be part of the experience. The space hosts corporate team-building sessions, client events, birthday and bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, private gatherings and meetings. Organisers can choose a hands-on cooking event, where guests prepare dishes together with guidance from a chef, or a chef’s table experience featuring a demonstration and a multi-course meal. Menus and formats can be tailored to suit the occasion, and bartenders or serving staff may be arranged for private events.

For organisers who already have a programme or catering plan, the loft is also available for private hire. It can accommodate seated groups and larger gatherings, with kitchen and dining facilities, cookware, appliances, tables, chairs, barware and refrigeration. A projector and screen are available for presentations and business meetings. Guests may also bring an approved chef or caterer, subject to the venue’s requirements for supervised cooking.
