Dock49 offers event organizers and hosts a versatile venue in a former granary at Osnabrück's harbor. The listed building, dating back to the 1930s, combines brickwork, historical industrial elements, and modern furnishings. The spaces are suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, as well as conferences, seminars, and workshops. Depending on the occasion and intended use, groups of approximately 30 to 300 people can be accommodated. The event space can be expanded to accommodate different sizes and event formats.

For business events, tables and chairs, as well as presentation equipment such as a projector and screen, are available. Flipcharts and moderator kits complete the equipment for meetings and workshops. Seating is arranged according to the event format. Parking is available at the venue, and there is also a bus connection.

The in-house kitchen complements the venue's use of space by providing food and drinks. The menu ranges from street food and grilled dishes to multi-course BBQ menus. This allows for the planning of a reception, meal, and celebration all in one location. For weddings, a civil ceremony in the barn, a joint reception, and the subsequent party can also be arranged. Upon request, the team can assist with additional elements such as the wedding cake, decorations, DJ, or officiant. For private celebrations and corporate events, Dock49 offers a venue with a distinctive industrial character, catering, and equipment all under one roof.
