Milwaukee Art Museum

The Quadracci Pavilion at the Milwaukee Art Museum offers distinctive lakefront spaces for organisers planning weddings, corporate functions, galas and private gatherings. Its standout setting is Windhover Hall, a soaring reception space beneath a high glass roof, with views towards Lake Michigan and downtown Milwaukee. Organisers can hire it on its own or combine it with other Museum spaces, including the Baumgartner and Schroeder Gallerias, Baumgartner Terrace and Lubar Auditorium. The range of rooms and outdoor areas makes it possible to shape an event around its format, from a reception or dinner to a larger gathering with several parts.

The Museum’s events team helps prospective clients explore the spaces, arrange a tour and work through the booking process. The Pavilion can host large occasions, with Windhover Hall accommodating up to 800 guests for a standing event or 400 for a seated one. Depending on the space selected, guests may also have access to the Museum’s galleries or a featured exhibition, adding an arts setting to the occasion. The building’s movable Burke Brise Soleil can be highlighted during an event when conditions allow.

In-house catering is available, with menus and tastings coordinated through the Museum. Practical event features include heated, secure underground parking, additional space options and support from Museum staff.
