The Ebermannstadt Town Hall is a versatile multi-purpose venue that organizers can rent for conferences, congresses, corporate events, and cultural programs. Trade fairs, staff meetings, Christmas parties, concerts, and cabaret evenings are also possible. The hall is suitable for smaller gatherings as well as events with large audiences.

Various seating and stage configurations are available for planning purposes. Depending on the setup, the hall can accommodate up to 1,000 people. With row seating, there are up to 600 seats, and the hall also has approximately 440 bleacher seats. A mobile, height-adjustable stage measuring 40 square meters can be set up in different locations. High-voltage power connections for lighting and sound equipment are available.

The total area is approximately 2,300 square meters. Of this, 1,350 square meters comprise the hall itself and 265 square meters the foyer, which can be used, for example, as a reception and break area. 600 chairs and 100 tables are available on site. A catering kitchen is also part of the facility. There are approximately 200 parking spaces near the hall.

The town hall is a public facility of the town of Ebermannstadt and is also available to clubs and external organizers. Booking requests and date checks can be done via the occupancy schedule. An application is required for use. On weekdays, the hall is available from 5 p.m., and on weekends without a fixed time limit. It remains closed during school holidays. Specific usage options and fees depend on the type of event and the applicable rules of use.
