The Collab Covington

The Collab Covington offers a flexible studio that organisers can hire by the hour for private events and business activities. The open-plan Emerald Suite can be arranged for birthday celebrations, baby and bridal showers, corporate gatherings, workshops, meetings, classes and photoshoots. With room for up to 125 guests standing, it gives hosts a practical option for events that need more space than a home or small meeting room.

The layout and facilities support a range of formats. The suite has high ceilings, natural light, adjustable coloured LED lighting and blackout shades, so organisers can adapt the atmosphere to the occasion. Tables and chairs are included, along with cocktail tables, a Bluetooth sound system and a backdrop frame. Three serving stations, a coffee station and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave provide useful space for refreshments and event preparation. The room also has two restrooms.

Organisers can book for a one-off event, while registered businesses can reserve recurring time for activities such as fitness classes, rehearsals, photography sessions and workshops. The published capacity is up to 80 people seated for a meeting, or 40 participants in a dance or fitness-style class. The venue is hired as a private-use space, giving renters room to arrange their own setup and decorations. Hosts should include setup and pack-down time in their booking, as these are the renter’s responsibility. Catering can be brought in separately, making the studio adaptable to different event plans and budgets.
