The Rians Cultural Activities Center is a municipal facility designed to host meetings, association gatherings, family meals, and various cultural or social events. Located near the center of Rians, in the Cher department, it offers several spaces for organizers seeking a functional room in a rural and accessible setting.

The Orchid Room is the main space. With an area of 253 m², it is suitable for meals, meetings, family celebrations, local events, and gatherings of large audiences. Tenants have access to 150 chairs and 60 tables, making it easy to arrange the room according to their needs.

For smaller groups, the Pervenche room offers 58 m² of space. It can be used for meetings, general assemblies, or association activities. It can also be combined with the Myosotis room using a removable partition, creating a 98 m² space. This configuration is particularly suitable for a meal for around forty people.

The venue also features a professional kitchen equipped with a stove, a warming oven, a professional dishwasher, and a cold room. Dishes and various accessories can be added to the booking. Rentals are available from the morning until the following morning, offering organizers a timeframe suitable for preparing, running, and cleaning up their event. Booking requests are handled by the Rians town hall.
