Mountain Meadows

Mountain Meadows is a private wedding and event venue in the western Catskills, offering organisers exclusive use of a 52-acre property in Long Eddy, New York. The venue is designed for destination-style celebrations, where ceremonies, receptions, accommodation and group activities can all take place in one secluded setting.

The modern barn and lodge provide flexible indoor event space for weddings, private celebrations, corporate retreats, family reunions and other multi-day gatherings. Guests can choose from several ceremony locations, including the pond, open lawn and weather-protected barn. Large windows, timber details and outdoor decks create a relaxed setting with views across the surrounding mountains, meadows and water.

Mountain Meadows can host up to 175 event guests, with overnight accommodation for around 30 people across the chalet, barn and lodge suites. Event packages include exclusive access to the property, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, getting-ready spaces, farm tables and cross-back chairs, depending on the selected arrangement. Organisers can also use the site for welcome dinners, rehearsal events, after-parties, farewell brunches and informal gatherings around the fire pits.

The property includes a heated pool, spa, hot tubs, sauna, sports courts, game room, fire pits and extensive grounds. These amenities make it suitable for weekend weddings, incentive stays, leadership retreats and private group getaways where guests want more than a single reception venue.

Mountain Meadows does not require in-house catering, allowing organisers to bring their own licensed caterers or select from recommended local suppliers. The venue team offers custom pricing based on the event type, date and group size, with a flexible approach for planners who want to shape the weekend around their own programme and suppliers.
