The main space can accommodate up to 180 guests for a cocktail reception, with seated formats available for dinners, weddings and other structured events. Kin provides tables, chairs, floor-length linens, venue set-up and tear-down, as well as a venue manager to help coordinate the practical details. The venue is on one level and includes accessible restrooms, making it suitable for a broad range of guests.

Kin welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, networking events, meetings, workshops and panel discussions.
