Hans am See offers an exceptional event location directly on the Hohenfelden reservoir, approximately 15 kilometers south of Erfurt. The private grounds are exclusively booked for private events and are suitable for weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, presentations, galas, summer festivals, and special evening events.

The SeeHaus and SeeLounge are available for events. The SeeHaus offers space for smaller groups and features an open kitchen. The SeeLounge is more spacious, combining modern loft design with a fully glazed front and direct lake views. Both areas can be combined. In addition, a terrace and extensive grounds are available, which can be flexibly used for receptions, seating areas, tents, or customized event concepts.

Hans am See offers comprehensive event services upon request. These include food and beverages, menus, buffets, BBQs, and live cooking. Decoration, floral arrangements, shuttle service, entertainers, childcare, and other organizational services can also be arranged or coordinated. Customized packages are available for special occasions, including seasonal Christmas parties with culinary offerings and entertainment.

Depending on the room layout, the indoor and terrace areas can accommodate up to 190 guests. For larger events, the capacity can be expanded to up to 1,000 guests with additional tents and structures. A private parking lot with space for approximately 200 vehicles makes arrival easy. The venue is therefore suitable for both intimate celebrations and larger corporate and social events with a special waterfront ambiance.
