New York Live Arts

New York Live Arts is a contemporary performing arts venue in Manhattan’s Chelsea district, offering flexible spaces for performances, rehearsals, workshops, screenings, corporate gatherings and private events. Its main theatre seats 184 guests and provides a professional setting for dance, theatre, talks, presentations, showcases and other live productions. The auditorium combines strong sightlines with installed lighting and sound equipment, making it suitable for organisers who need a fully equipped performance environment.

The venue also includes two spacious studios of approximately 1,200 square feet each. These rooms are available for rehearsals, classes, auditions, informal showings, workshops, film and photo shoots, commercial bookings and selected private or corporate events. The studios feature sprung dance flooring, Marley surfaces, ballet barres, mirrors, sound equipment, natural light, Wi-Fi and access to dressing rooms. Different booking rates are available for rehearsals, workshops, auditions and events, with online scheduling offered for eligible bookings.

For receptions and social occasions, the street-level lobby provides a welcoming gathering area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a built-in bar. It can accommodate up to 80 people and works well for pre-show receptions, networking events, company gatherings and private celebrations. Organisers may bring in catering from preferred vendors, while the client manages ordering and event-day catering arrangements.
