One REALTOR Center is a flexible event and meeting venue in Tyler, Texas, designed for organisers planning business gatherings, weddings and special occasions. The venue offers more than 4,300 square feet of adaptable space, allowing organisers to hire individual rooms or combine several areas to suit the format and scale of their event.

The main Event Center is suitable for conferences, presentations, receptions, fundraisers, trade shows and wedding celebrations. It can accommodate up to 180 guests in theatre-style seating, 150 guests in a classroom arrangement and around 135 guests for banquet events. A separate Training Room provides a more focused setting for workshops, courses, smaller meetings and team sessions, with capacity for up to 45 people in theatre style.

The Grand Foyer connects the main spaces and can be used for dining, dancing, registration, refreshment stations, trade show displays or a bar area. Outdoor spaces add an attractive option for small ceremonies, private gatherings and additional guest areas.
