Clerestory at Greyline

Clerestory at Greyline is a distinctive event venue in Lexington, Kentucky, offering an open and adaptable setting for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Housed in a former bus depot at Greyline Station, the venue retains the character of the original building while providing a polished blank canvas for organisers to shape around their event concept.

The 6,000-square-foot interior is suitable for a wide range of occasions, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to micro weddings, company celebrations, awards ceremonies, holiday parties, trade shows and other large gatherings. The venue can accommodate up to 350 guests, making it a practical choice for both intimate occasions and substantial guest lists. Original windows bring natural light into the space, while the industrial surroundings provide a versatile backdrop for contemporary styling, branded events and personalised wedding designs.

Venue hire includes tables, padded folding chairs and selected linens, helping organisers establish the main layout without arranging every essential item separately. Clerestory also provides a furnished green room, indoor bar fronts, a designated catering kitchen area, house speakers and a microphone. An outdoor area can be used for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, food trucks and additional event activities. On-site parking is available for organisers and guests.

Alcohol service is handled through the venue’s in-house bar team, while licensed catering and an insured event coordinator are required for applicable bookings. A venue representative is present on the event day to provide access and handle venue-related questions, although this role is separate from event planning or full coordination. Clerestory is currently accepting bookings through 31 December 2026.
