Gather Cincy

Gather Cincy is a flexible small-event venue in Cincinnati’s East Walnut Hills neighbourhood, suited to organisers planning social celebrations, intimate weddings and productive business gatherings. Set inside a converted Victorian home, the venue offers a warm and welcoming alternative to conventional meeting rooms and large function spaces.

The first floor can be booked for private events of up to around 40 guests, with layouts adaptable for seated meals, networking receptions, workshops and speaker-led gatherings. It is well suited to baby showers, birthday parties, family dinners, micro-weddings, rehearsal dinners and other personal celebrations. Organisers can bring in their own food and drinks, while Gather Cincy can also help coordinate catering with local vendors.

For business events, the venue provides meeting rooms, a main room and full-floor hire. These spaces work well for team off-sites, board retreats, workshops, planning days, small conferences and non-profit meetings. Practical facilities include high-speed internet, wireless projection for Mac and PC, whiteboards, brainstorming materials, a kitchenette with coffee and tea, and optional printing. The main room accommodates up to 16 people, while the full first floor can host up to 40 in workshop, speaker or networking formats.

Event hire includes furniture setup, access to the venue’s connected Bluetooth speaker system and support from a Gather Cincy team member during the booking.
