Ellis Island Events

Ellis Island Events offers organisers the rare opportunity to host private gatherings at two of New York’s most recognisable landmarks. Managed by Evelyn Hill Inc., the events team provides exclusive venue access at Ellis Island, Liberty Island and the Statue of Liberty Museum, creating an exceptional setting for corporate and special occasions.

The venues are suited to corporate galas, dinners, product launches, company celebrations, fundraisers, award ceremonies, family gatherings, movie premieres, fashion events and other high-profile receptions. Ellis Island combines historic interiors, museum galleries, views across the Manhattan skyline and flexible indoor and outdoor areas. Event spaces can accommodate gatherings ranging from around 50 to 1,200 guests, depending on the chosen location and format.

Liberty Island offers an especially memorable backdrop, with views of the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbour and the city skyline. The Statue of Liberty Museum can host more intimate events for approximately 50 to 220 guests, while larger outdoor occasions may be possible subject to weather and National Park Service approval. Ellis Island also features a private conference room of approximately 1,630 square feet, suitable for daytime meetings, strategy sessions, family reunions and lunches overlooking the Great Hall.

The events team helps organisers work through availability, permits, guest logistics, venue layouts and food and beverage arrangements. Menus can be tailored with catering partners, while private ferry transport connects guests from Battery Park or Liberty State Park. National Park Service requirements apply, including event approval, security procedures, insurance and restrictions on timing and permitted event types.
