LOFT39 is a multi-level event venue in Midtown Manhattan, offering organisers a collection of distinctive spaces for corporate functions, weddings, private celebrations and creative productions. Located on West 39th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, the venue is close to Bryant Park, Times Square, Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station, making it convenient for both local and visiting guests.

The venue includes four bookable floors, each with its own character and purpose. The second-floor Kitchen & Loft provides a bright, flexible setting with exposed brick, natural light, a professional kitchen, lounge seating and a mobile bar. It suits cocktail receptions, corporate off-sites, product launches, private dinners and photography or film shoots. The third-floor Speakeasy offers a warmer atmosphere with furnishings and breakout areas for networking events, workshops, parties and after-parties. The fourth-floor Warehouse Gallery is a more open blank canvas for exhibitions, seminars, brand activations, fashion presentations, dance parties and immersive concepts.

On the fifth floor, a Penthouse and Rooftop combine indoor entertaining with outdoor access. This setting is suited to premium receptions, milestone celebrations, intimate dinners and smaller weddings. LOFT39 also supports micro-weddings and elopements with ceremony and reception layouts, selected furniture, tabletop essentials, bar packages and preferred catering options. The venue can work with external caterers or its culinary partners, while also offering basic in-house rentals such as tables, chairs, glassware, plateware and AV equipment.
