Gunpowderstudio is an intimate, contemporary event venue located on the Hembrug site in Zaandam, close to Amsterdam. Situated in a former industrial building dating back to 1938, the studio combines historical elements with a creative, warm ambiance. Thanks to the original walls, the large north-facing window, natural light, and the mezzanine, a unique setting is created for gatherings that deserve more atmosphere than a standard meeting room.

The location is suitable for small to medium-sized groups and can be used for networking events, team meetings, creative workshops, business presentations, press events, social gatherings, and private dining. Gunpowderstudio also offers a flexible setting for photoshoots, film and television productions, art presentations, sound installations, and creative sessions. It features mood lighting, high-speed internet, infrared heating, kitchenette facilities, a toilet, and a shower. The location is free of fixed catering, giving organizers the freedom to choose their own caterer or package. Catering can also be arranged upon request.
