The Vault Event Center

The Vault Event Center is a historic venue in downtown Henderson, Kentucky, housed in a beautifully renovated former bank building. Its distinctive architecture, original character and central location create an elegant setting for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and business events.

The venue welcomes a broad range of occasions, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, reunions, birthday celebrations, social gatherings, seminars, conferences, luncheons, exhibits, music recitals and creative studio projects. With comfortable seating for around 150 guests and accommodation for up to 200 people, it can support both intimate functions and larger celebrations.

Wedding packages are available on weekdays and weekends, with options including tables, floor-length linens, table set-up and breakdown, bridal suite access, use of the groom’s lounge, patio access and use of the caterer’s kitchen. Additional arrangements can include prior-day access, next-day collection, ceremony set-up and turnover, extra event hours, additional guests, a dance floor and espresso bar services.

The bridal suite includes styling stations, a dress display area, private changing facilities and a dedicated restroom. The groom’s lounge offers seating, games, a television, Wi-Fi and a minibar. Outdoor space provides another option for ceremonies, drinks or guest gatherings.
