Located in Mûrs-Erigné, near Angers, O'Parc du Louet offers a rural setting that can be privatized for organizing private and professional events throughout the year. The estate is particularly suited to weddings, birthdays, cocktail parties, family meals, farewell parties, meetings, seminars, conferences, and team-building days.

The organizers have several spaces available depending on the format and number of participants. The large 170 m² hall can accommodate up to 120 seated guests or 160 standing guests. It is complemented by a 90 m² covered courtyard, ideal for cocktails, breaks, or welcoming guests. For smaller groups, a 60 m² room is available, with a capacity of approximately 40 people.

The entire park also includes a 7,000 m² enclosed, wooded outdoor area suitable for receptions, group activities, and relaxation. A playground is also available for families with children. The site has a private car park with approximately 40 spaces.

The rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, tables, chairs, and a cloakroom. Clients are free to choose their own caterer, offering great flexibility in event planning. O'Parc du Louet also offers a renovated cottage that can accommodate up to 12 people, as well as rental equipment for receptions, such as tableware, sound systems, string lights, high tables, a selfie booth, and wooden games.
