Le Germoir is a reception hall housed in a renovated former agricultural building, nestled in the green surroundings of Quatremare, in the Eure department. Its brick architecture, exposed beams, and warm atmosphere give the venue an authentic character, ideal for events seeking a calm and convivial setting near Louviers, Évreux, and Rouen.

The venue hosts various types of private receptions, including weddings, secular ceremonies, civil partnerships, birthdays, baptisms, communions, cocktail parties, and family meals. Two adjoining rooms allow for flexible space arrangements to suit the day's schedule. The first room, measuring 49 m², can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 80 for a cocktail reception. The second, measuring 39 m², includes a dance floor and can accommodate approximately 30 seated guests or 45 for a cocktail reception. Both rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The organizers also have access to a fully equipped professional kitchen, ideal for hosting a caterer, as well as an outdoor space that can accommodate up to 100 people for a cocktail reception, a break, or simply a moment outdoors. A private boudoir is available for the bride, and a secure playroom is provided for children.

For businesses, Le Germoir offers an ideal environment for seminars, meetings, training sessions, and small conferences. Amenities include a video projector, screen, flip chart, and Wi-Fi.
