The Alte Eule in Kappeln offers a unique setting for private and business events amidst an idyllic woodland landscape. For larger celebrations, a historic hall of approximately 170 square meters is available. It can accommodate up to 120 people at tables with a dance floor. For lectures or events with theater-style seating, the capacity can be expanded to up to 200 seats. An additional smaller hall of about 70 square meters offers space for buffets, coffee gatherings, and smaller parties of approximately 30 people.

During the warmer months, a sun terrace with approximately 80 seats complements the event offerings. Guests can enjoy views of a spacious park with animal enclosures, a playground, natural climbing structures, a sandbox, and a fire pit. This makes the venue an attractive option for family events and celebrations with children.
