Pikes Peak Center

Studio Bee at Pikes Peak Center offers a flexible event setting in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Designed as a recently renovated black box theatre, the space can be adapted for meetings, receptions, presentations and intimate performances. Its 50 by 68 foot layout is surrounded by black velour curtains, creating a controlled environment that can be styled for different event formats and atmospheres.

The venue includes a moveable lighting grid, a 40 by 16 foot stage, risers for elevated seating and a full theatrical lighting and sound system. Studio Bee can accommodate between 200 and 500 guests, depending on the layout and whether the stage is in use. With the stage and risers installed, seating is available for approximately 210 people. The space also has a refinished wooden floor, a separate entrance, its own lobby and dedicated restrooms, helping organisers create a distinct guest experience.

Studio Bee works well for corporate meetings, product presentations, awards events, networking receptions, private celebrations and smaller-scale music, dance or theatre productions. Its soundproof construction allows activities in the studio to take place at the same time as events in the main Great Hall.

Organisers can also consider the wider Pikes Peak Center for larger occasions. The facility includes the 2,000-seat Great Hall, reception-ready orchestra and mezzanine lobbies, and the ANB Bank Room for dinners or receptions of around 100 to 150 guests. The venue provides professional event management, technical facilities and catering options for groups, with menus ranging from appetisers and cocktails to full meals. Its central location, accessibility and adaptable spaces make it suitable for conferences, company gatherings, receptions and cultural events.
