Stadskasteel Oudaen is a unique event venue in the center of Utrecht, located in a historic city castle on the Oudegracht. The location offers organizers a characterful setting for meetings, workshops, presentations, corporate drinks, dinners, receptions, wedding parties, and other private gatherings.

The various rooms each have their own unique atmosphere and can be rented individually or combined. The authentic theatre seats 86 people and is suitable for presentations, lectures, conferences, and wedding ceremonies. For smaller groups, there are the Houdaen Room, the Salon, and the Zoudenbalch Room, among others. The Houdaen Room accommodates up to 34 people, while the Salon is suitable for intimate lunches, drinks, and dinners with groups of approximately 10 to 16 guests. The larger rooms can be connected for gatherings with more participants.

In addition to the historic atmosphere, Oudaen features modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, projection screens, flip charts, and additional audiovisual equipment. The culinary offerings can also be tailored to the program, ranging from coffee and tea packages and lunches to dinners, buffets, and drinks packages. The in-house kitchen uses fresh and seasonal ingredients.
