The fries are prepared fresh daily and fried in pure beef fat. Guests can choose from various sauces and a wide range of snacks. Depending on the chosen package, available items include frikandellen, cervelat, cheese croquettes, bitterballen, kipcorn, viandel, bami, mexicano, shrimp croquettes, vegetarian mini spring rolls, and beef stew. A halal option is also available upon request, allowing organizers to accommodate the diverse preferences within their guest base.
Friet & Co works with fixed all-you-can-eat packages but also creates custom menus. For larger groups, there is a tailored approach that allows up to approximately 250 people per hour to be served per mobile fry truck. This makes the service suitable for both smaller parties and large-scale corporate events. Additionally, the organizers can partner with a mobile beverage provider via an additional package featuring draft beer, wine, cava, gin and tonics, fruit juices, and soft drinks, among other things.
Practical arrangements regarding the number of guests, available space, electricity, accessibility, and the desired start time are coordinated in advance. Friet & Co has experience with events where efficient service and a polished presentation are important. Since 2006, the company has been providing mobile fries catering from Schoten for organizers who want to offer their guests a recognizable, informal, and tasty catering formula.
