Miri Mary is an Indian restaurant in De Pijp, Amsterdam, built on one simple idea: century-old flavours from different regions of India, cooked by chefs who grew up with these dishes rather than a single flattened-out "Indian menu." Every plate is designed to appeal to all the senses - the aroma from the tandoor, the colour on the plate, the whole experience of the table.
