The main hall on Sint-Baafsplein is a classical theatre with a sloping stage, fixed seating, backstage facilities, dressing rooms, showers, and technically equipped infrastructure. The hall is suitable for performances, conferences, lectures, presentations, award shows, and other productions requiring a full-fledged stage and audience space.

For events requiring a more flexible layout, NTGent Minnemeers is available. This multifunctional black box features a flat floor, an adjustable grandstand, custom technical facilities, and a spacious backstage area. As a result, the venue is well-suited for performances, seminars, workshops, corporate events, rehearsals, and creative productions. Furthermore, the entrance hall and bar ensure a pleasant welcome before and after the program.

The NTGent Foyer is located on the first floor of the main hall and provides a stylish setting for receptions, wedding parties, coffee breaks, lectures, and business meetings. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, a bar with professional service, and a terrace overlooking Sint-Baafsplein, the Belfry, and St. Bavo's Cathedral. Organizers can make use of the in-house kitchen and catering, or engage an external caterer.
