Callaway Arts & Conference Center

Callaway Arts & Conference Center is a flexible event venue in Callaway, Florida, operated by the City of Callaway. The centre offers two rooms for private, corporate and community bookings, making it suitable for meetings, club gatherings, wedding celebrations, birthday parties, ceremonies, receptions and other organised events.

The main Callaway Room covers approximately 6,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 300 people, depending on the layout. It can be arranged in banquet, theatre, classroom or cocktail style, giving organisers room to adapt the space to their programme. The attached kitchen is available for users of the Callaway Room, while tables and chairs are provided for event set-up. The smaller Florida Room accommodates more intimate occasions, with capacity for up to 60 guests in cocktail format or smaller numbers for banquet, theatre and classroom arrangements.

Organisers can hire either room separately or combine both spaces for larger or more varied events. The rental package includes six consecutive hours, with additional time available when required. Optional extras include a dance floor, projector, laptop computer, tablecloths, runners, napkins, chair covers, chair sashes, chafing dishes, coffee makers and beverage dispensers. A cleaning service can also be added, and security arrangements apply where alcohol consumption has been agreed in advance.
