Carlton Oasis offers packages for half or full meeting days, including Wi-Fi, a screen, flip chart, writing materials, coffee, tea, water, and snacks. A dedicated Event Manager oversees every event and helps with the content, planning, catering, and practical organization. Restaurant ROAM provides lunches, dinners, and informal moments during or after the program. In the Desert Inn Pub, organizers can supplement a meeting with relaxation and team building, such as giant table football or other activities.

The hotel also offers a complete package for weddings, including the ceremony, reception, catering, decoration, entertainment, bridal suite, and overnight accommodation for guests.
