The Espace de Rencontres is a multi-purpose municipal hall located in Montataire, in the Oise department, available for rent for various private, family, and community events. With a surface area of 330 m², it can be booked as a half-hall to accommodate up to 150 people, or in its entirety with a maximum capacity of 300 participants.

This divisible layout allows the space to be adapted to the size and format of the event. The hall is particularly suitable for civil weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, festive meals, association meetings, and other gatherings organized by the residents of Montataire. A secure parking area facilitates access for guests and contributes to logistical comfort on the day of the event.

The available equipment includes round tables, rectangular tables, and up to 300 chairs. The rental also includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, refrigerator, walk-in cooler, and dishwasher. Tableware is not provided, allowing organizers to freely choose their own caterer or catering equipment.

The Meeting Space is particularly well-suited to events requiring a large capacity and flexible organization. However, reservations are limited to residents of Montataire, and certain conditions apply depending on the nature of the event.
