Westerhuis Verhuur provides the complete setup for business events, conferences, trade fairs, and parties. From tableware to stretch tents, from lounge sofas to complete venue furnishings. We never work with standard packages — every project is different. We listen to your needs, help develop the concept, and ensure everything is set up.

From our warehouses in Almelo and Amersfoort — totaling 7,000 m² — we can deliver throughout the Netherlands. With our own drivers and our own assembly and disassembly teams. No external parties, no unexpected surprises. Everything we deliver arrives at the location clean, well-maintained, and on time.

We are actively working on more sustainable logistics and are already running on HVO100 biodiesel. Do you work in the city center or a zero-emission zone? We think along with you and always find a solution.
