NamaStay@Work brings well-being directly to the workplace. We organize customized sessions for companies, featuring low-intensity Pilates, guided relaxation, and optional puppy or kitten interaction.
Our sessions help reduce stress, alleviate neck and back pain, and simultaneously strengthen team cohesion. Everything takes place on-site at the company, keeping the barrier to entry low and integrating well-being into the workday.
We believe that well-being is not a luxury, but a foundation for sustainable growth.
