The Proximus Basecamp of the Royal Belgian Football Association is an inspiring and professional location where companies and organizations take their events to the next level.
The Basecamp offers a wide range of spaces that enhance every type of meeting. Our lobby is an ideal location for welcome sessions, coffee breaks, and receptions for up to 200 people.
We dine in our skybox, which offers an exceptional view.
The Auditorium is an absolute asset for presentations, keynotes, or film screenings. With seating for 217 guests and equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, including an impressive LED screen, simultaneous translation, and full accessibility, this hall offers everything needed for a professional and impactful meeting.
In addition, there are five modern meeting rooms for 8 to 28 people, each equipped with flipcharts, SMART boards, videoconferencing systems, simultaneous translation, and high-speed Wi-Fi. These spaces exude the fresh, dynamic atmosphere that companies seek for workshops, brainstorms, or strategic sessions.
Our in-house caterer provides tasteful and high-quality custom catering, ensuring that every event, from a business meeting to an exclusive dinner, is supported by a culinary experience that perfectly matches the atmosphere of the day.
Those wishing to enrich their event with a unique experience can opt for the Discovery Tour: an exclusive look behind the scenes of the Basecamp. Participants discover how the national teams train, live, and prepare for international competitions.
Our football fields and indoor hall also provide an impressive backdrop for team building events.
