Are you looking for a place to organize a meeting, networking event, birthday, workshop, photo shoot, lecture...?
You are welcome with us!
We have room for 20 seated guests and the space is available from 9am to 10pm. This is to guarantee the peace and quiet of the neighbors.
The space is available from Wednesday to Saturday (Saturday to 6 p.m.).
Other days exceptionally possible & on request.
The space is located on the 2nd floor (above the VENEIR x KIKERVIZ gift shop).
No elevator available!
In spring & summer you can also use the large garden and terrace, on request (mowing the grass, etc.).

Conditions
- deposit €150 (will be refunded if everything is okay)
- clean up yourself = mandatory (sweep, dishes in place + make sure everything is back in its original place)
- use of projector possible on request (this is free)
- Coffee, tea and water included.
- Extra drinks via 'honesty' system + catering possible on request via one of our partners (De Bierschuur + Foodgezind/BONA Merchtem)
