WORKSHOP KINTSUGI & SHINRIN-YOKU (forest bathing)
In this offering we combine Kintsugi with Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of
mindful forest bathing. We start with a guided, slow forest walk in which sensory
observation, delay and presence are central.
From this encounter with nature we express our creativity together. We
work not only with ceramics, but also with natural materials such as wood,
stones, leaves or other elements that we find in and around the forest. Break,
Restoration and creation always take place in relation to the natural elements, whereby the forest
serves as a source of inspiration and bedding.
