Welcome to my page! My name is Bram and I am a French trained chef who has always cooked at a high level. I have gained my experience at star establishments such as Restaurant Amarone, The Jane and Restaurant Seinpost.
Freshness and seasonal products are the basis for my menu. I also use wild herbs and flowers when they are in season. I like to surprise my guests by presenting recognizable products in a special way.
My services consist of providing dinners at people's homes with the ambiance of a good restaurant. Your own dining table chairs are always the most comfortable. I also provide catering during an event (party). This can be cast in multiple shapes. For example, a BBQ, buffet, walking dinner. For large requests, we have an extensive network of high-quality chefs and quality waiters who can support us with larger dinners and parties.
Every menu starts with selecting the products that are in season at that moment. As regional as possible. I can prepare and present these in an original way due to the experience I have gained in the better restaurants.
