The event industry is always on the move. It is important to correctly bring together supply and demand within this dynamic sector. Festivak is the meeting place for the entire event industry and you should certainly not miss this trade fair!
Organizers face the challenge of organizing a high-quality event. Visitors are increasingly demanding. Organizers must pull out all the stops to win over visitors and keep them. The demand for innovative and unique solutions is therefore only increasing.
Festivak offers a complete overview of providers of products or services that support organizers in realizing their event. Festivak also offers a substantive program with current themes and cases in which organizers are inspired and motivated.
This year, Festivak is set to receive visitors in a very special way. In collaboration with Robot Expert (part of VR Expert), visitors will be welcomed by robots at the entrance, which will help hand out the trade fair magazine and give you a warm welcome to Festivak 2026!
But Robot Expert does more than just hire out robots.
