The well-known hostess agencies Protéine and Agence C are joining forces. There had been synergy between the companies for some time, now the collaboration is official. This way their customers can enjoy their extensive professional offer, at a national level.
Managers Caroline Van Keymeulen and Alexandre Englebert have been anything but idle in recent months. They established an official partnership between their hostess agencies. The day-to-day management will be in the hands of Alexandre, Caroline is responsible for support with specific projects of Agence C.
During previous collaborations on a free basis, it was noticed that quality, respect, trust and flexibility are important values for both agencies. “The amalgamation was therefore a logical step and will certainly not surprise our customers,” explains Caroline.
With offices in Kortrijk and Ghent, Agence C mainly served clients in Flanders. Protéine was mainly active in Brussels and the surrounding area. The big advantage of the official partnership is that they now work hand in hand at the service of companies across the country, with an extensive bilingual workforce. "Now we can easily cover events all over Belgium, from the coast to the Ardennes," said Alexandre Englebert.
The desks also complement each other nicely in terms of professional knowledge. Naturally, both are specialized in events, but they each have their own specific niche market. “Our expertise in brand activation is an added value for Protéine, the special know-how of Protéine in the field of exhibitions and conferences is an enrichment for Agence C”, Caroline Van Keymeulen explains.
Thanks to the official collaboration, they now provide a 360 ° range of services at national level. The managers and their team look forward to letting their customers enjoy this efficient partnership, in these times of “strong together” and beyond.

De bekende hostessenbureaus Protéine en Agence C slaan de handen in elkaar. Al geruime tijd was er een synergie tussen de bedrijven, nu wordt de samenwerking officieel. Zo kunnen hun klanten genieten van hun uitgebreid professioneel aanbod, op nationaal niveau.
Managers Caroline Van Keymeulen en Alexandre Englebert hebben de voorbije maanden allesbehalve stilgezeten. Ze brachten een officieel partnership tot stand tussen hun hostessenbureaus. De dagelijkse leiding komt in handen van Alexandre, Caroline staat in voor ondersteuning bij specifieke projecten van Agence C.
Tijdens eerdere samenwerkingen op vrije basis viel het op dat kwaliteit, respect, vertrouwen en flexibiliteit voor beide bureaus belangrijke waarden zijn. “De samensmelting was daardoor een logische stap, en zal onze klanten zeker niet verbazen”, verklaart Caroline.
Met kantoren in Kortrijk en Gent bediende Agence C voornamelijk klanten in Vlaanderen. Protéine was vooral actief in Brussel en omstreken. Het grote voordeel van de officiële samenwerking is dan ook dat ze nu hand in hand ten dienste staan van bedrijven in het hele land, met een uitgebreid tweetalig personeelsbestand. “Nu kunnen we vlot evenementen dekken over heel België, van aan de kust tot in de Ardennen”, aldus Alexandre Englebert.
Ook qua vakkennis vullen de bureaus elkaar mooi aan. Uiteraard zijn beide gespecialiseerd in events, daarnaast hebben ze elk hun specifieke nichemarkt. “Onze expertise in brand activation is een toegevoegde waarde voor Protéine, de bijzondere knowhow van Protéine op gebied van beurzen en congressen is een verrijking voor Agence C”, legt Caroline Van Keymeulen uit.
