De Posterbordgigant is a full-service poster board rental company. We have all poster boards in stock, making immediate delivery possible.
Since November 2018, the Poster Board Giant has also been located in Antwerp on Lange Lozanastraat. The Posterbordgigant's main base is in Werkendam near Breda and has been around since 1978
The Poster Board Giant not only rents and supplies poster boards behind the front door. We can also place these in the room and/or meeting room you indicate. If you provide us with a map in advance, we can place them for you in such a way that each poster and/or painting is shown to its full potential. We do this based on years of experience with various customers and especially at different types of events and locations in various cities and buildings. We will of course collect the poster boards from you after the event.
The Posterbordgigant specializes in various types of high-quality poster boards. They are available in various formats: portrait/portrait or landscape.
We have poster boards in various sizes and styles, but all with a nice neutral appearance and can therefore be placed in locations with a sleek modern look as well as in monumental buildings.
Our poster boards consist of a sleek aluminum frame. All poster boards feature blue or gray flannel covered panels. Posters can be attached to these panels using push pins, thumbtacks or clean removable tape. If you rent poster boards from us, a bag of push/pins is supplied with each poster board. Completely free! We can also supply a mounting case containing hanging materials for paintings and frames. All aforementioned panels can be used on both sides.
We can also supply poster boards that are white plasticized on 2 sides. Posters can be attached to these panels with clean peel-off tape. The choice of white plastic-coated or flannel-coated panels is determined by the product you want to present

Since August 2018, the Poster Board Giant has had a link with its sister company Congresmagazijn. Congresmagazijn rents flipcharts, white boards, lecterns, small screens on tripods and other supporting equipment in addition to poster boards. For you as a conference organizer and location provider, this means 1 stop shopping: one point of contact, one transport and both poster boards and supporting materials on one invoice.

Good experience
Everything was well organised, agreements regarding delivery and collection times were strictly adhered to. The signs looked neat and even came with mounting materials.

Dank je wel voor de hulp en kennis bij het plaatsen van de posterborden op ons congres in Leuven. Wat we even kwijt willen is dat u heel mooi op tijd zijn en dat jullie ons hebben geholpen met het plaatsen van de posterpanelen . Niks was jullie te veel om te doen . Daarbij moeten we altijs zelf duimspijkers gaan halen, maar bij jullie heeft ieder posterpaneel genoeg ophang pinnekes erbij. Dank en zeker tot de volgende keer
