We started talking to Tactile when we were looking for a new partner for our digital payment solution for our culinary event that has been around for over 25 years. The existing one was outdated but had to be integrated into a new card system. Tim guided us step by step and supervised this transformation process both in the preparation and on location. It is a certainty that something like this never goes smoothly, but the level of involvement and willingness to find a solution was very high. This has ensured that we have now almost completely switched to Tactile, a system that our users (restaurants on location) and the visitor are very happy with because it is very clear for both. This provides clarity during use and in case of questions afterwards. Despite the fact that it was a test year, the organization has decided to work with Tactile again for the coming edition(s) to implement the last small improvements and to be ready for a digital payment future!

Met Tactile hebben we één platform dat betalingen, toegangscontrole plus data samenbrengt. Dat maakt ons sneller in operatie plus sterker in beslissingen tijdens het event.
De Darkband speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Eén polsbandje voor toegang en cashless betalingen. Minder frictie, kortere wachttijden, meer flow op het terrein.
Voor bezoekers voelt het simpel. Voor ons betekent het realtime inzicht. We zien wat er gebeurt, waar drukte ontstaat, hoe mensen bewegen. Dat laat ons anticiperen in plaats van reageren.
Betrouwbaarheid is cruciaal. Op dit niveau is bijna altijd online niet goed genoeg. Tactile blijft draaien wanneer het erop aankomt.
