Bringing 220 people together is not a team building problem.
It's a problem of choice.
Especially if:
-young and old together
-it should not be too active
-but not faint or childish
-time is short
-and the budget is limited
Then it's not about “liking something”.
Then it's about making the right choice.
What is often underestimated: displacement.
Additional locations, buses, waiting times:
-costs money
-cause unrest
-and increase the risk that people drop out
In this case it concerned 220 teachers.
Everything could be organised locally.
Therefore:
-it remained clear
-it remained affordable
-and the threshold remained low for everyone
The solution was not in action.
Well thought out and strategic.
A game concept where:
everyone can participate
>no one feels watched
>and cooperation is automatically necessary
No spectacle.
No imposed fun.
A choice you can justify.
If this sounds familiar, 10 minutes of sparring is often enough. https://www.geoteam.be/teambuilding/contact/
