For Fear Factor Belgium 2022, The Fungroup collaborated with production company Banijay Belgium to develop a series of spectacular and safe challenges. The episode in which The Fungroup is involved was filmed on the iconic slag heap in Beringen, a location known for its height, rugged surroundings, and impressive view.
The role of The Fungroup went beyond merely supplying installations. Drawing on years of experience with extreme attractions, they actively contributed ideas regarding the technical feasibility, safety, and execution of the challenges. Every trial had to look spectacular on screen, while simultaneously proceeding in a fully controlled and safe manner for the participants.

Voor Fear Factor België 2022 werkte The Fungroup samen met productiehuis Banijay Belgium aan de uitwerking van een reeks spectaculaire en veilige uitdagingen. De aflevering waarin de The Fungroup betrokken is, werd gefilmd op de iconische Mijnterril in Beringen, een locatie die bekendstaat om haar hoogte, ruwe omgeving en indrukwekkend uitzicht.
De rol van The Fungroup ging verder dan louter het leveren van installaties. Vanuit jarenlange ervaring met extreme attracties werd actief meegedacht over de technische haalbaarheid, veiligheid en uitvoering van de challenges. Elke proef moest er spectaculair uitzien op beeld, maar tegelijk volledig gecontroleerd en veilig verlopen voor de deelnemers.
