Momice is the first to integrate AI into event software.
AI (Artificial Intelligence) is 'suddenly' everywhere. With the advent of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Dall-E, everyone suddenly has a personal assistant at their fingertips. Momice is the first event software company to respond to these developments by integrating AI into the software.
Momice founder Rutger Bremer loves smart technological solutions and is therefore very pleased with the AI integration in the software. “Event managers can save a lot of time by using AI smartly. Yet we see that they themselves do not take the step so quickly. That is why we gave them a helping hand by integrating AI into the tool.”
AI for events? How?
“AI has many applications, including for events,” says Bremer. “Think of writing texts for an invitation or the event website. For several months I compared our copywriter's invitation text with an AI-generated text. The agreement was astonishing. We have to do something with this, I immediately thought.”
Generating texts is not the only thing event managers can benefit from. For example, creating images with Dall-E for an event website or an email header. “Retrieving inspiration for programme, script and speakers and understanding the motivation or obstacles of the target group is also much easier with AI,” says Bremer. “This way, event managers have more time for the content and production of the event.”
AI in the Momice tool
With event software from Momice, event professionals can automate the registration, communication and evaluation of their (live, online and hybrid) events. For example, sending the invitation email, an online registration form and an event website with all information about the program, speakers and location.
On March 23, Momice will launch an AI integration, with which AI can be used directly from the tool for writing email texts, website texts and speaker bios. “On average, event managers send 5 emails per event to their participants. They often spend hours writing the lyrics. With the new integration, Mo, Momice's mascot, generates a quick setup in the tool, which the event manager can then adjust or fine-tune,” says Bremer. “This provides direction and inspiration, but also saves a lot of time.”

AI voor events? Hoe dan?
“AI kent vele toepassingen, óók voor events,” zegt Bremer. “Denk aan het schrijven van teksten voor een uitnodiging of de eventwebsite. Een aantal maanden legde ik de uitnodigingstekst van onze copywriter naast een AI-gegenereerde tekst. De overeenkomst was verbluffend. Hier moeten we iets mee, dacht ik toen direct.”
Het genereren van teksten is niet het enige waarmee eventmanagers hun voordeel kunnen doen. Bijvoorbeeld het maken van afbeeldingen met Dall-E voor een eventwebsite of een e-mailheader. “Ook het ophalen van inspiratie voor programma, script en sprekers en het begrijpen van de motivatie of belemmeringen van de doelgroep wordt vele malen makkelijker met AI,” stelt Bremer. “Zo houden eventmanagers meer tijd over voor de inhoud en productie van het event.”
AI in de Momice-tool
Met event software van Momice kunnen eventprofessionals de registratie, communicatie en evaluatie van hun (live, online en hybride) events automatiseren. Denk aan het versturen van de uitnodigingsmail, een online registratieformulier en een eventwebsite met alle informatie over programma, sprekers en locatie.
Op 23 maart lanceert Momice een AI-integratie, waarmee AI direct vanuit de tool kan worden ingezet voor het schrijven van mailteksten, website teksten en sprekers-bio’s. “Gemiddeld sturen eventmanagers 5 mails per event naar hun deelnemers. Ze zijn vaak uren bezig met het schrijven van de teksten. Met de nieuwe integratie genereert Mo, de mascotte van Momice, een snelle opzet in de tool, die de eventmanager vervolgens kan aanpassen of fijnslijpen,” zeg Bremer. “Dit geeft richting en inspiratie, maar scheelt bovendien een hoop tijd.”
